The site is located approximately 20 miles north of Batumi, in an area called Bobokvati. The plot is located on the seafront and has a total area of approximately 10,500 square metres. The site is generally level, approximately 5 metres above sea level, with a sheet pile retaining wall between the site and the seashore.
Offering 1.2 million square feet of office space, over 12,000 square feet of retail space and 339 parking stalls, 160 Front Street West is slated for completion in late 2023.
