The company’s activities are mainly focused on architectural design of new buildings and interior design. With a general design licence and SRO certificate, the company is able to provide a full range of architectural services in the Russian Federation.
We have provided architectural services to many prestigious Russian and international clients in Moscow, as well as in the Moscow region, Sochi, Baku, Alma-Ata, Kiev, Brussels and Mongolia. When necessary, we engage competent partners for engineering, project management, 3D visualisation and costing services to meet specific project requirements.
How we work
Quite often we work in co-operation with other architectural firms based in Europe and the USA. We fulfil the role of ‘local architect’, we have no difficulty in fulfilling this role to the full.
We aim to provide each of our clients with original and creative design solutions that result in a product that reflects the client’s vision and project requirements. We endeavour to be creative, competent and reliable, ethical, and to provide solutions that are environmentally responsible, culturally appropriate and economically viable. We have considerable experience in establishing effective business relationships with a wide range of clients, both on interior design projects and new builds. Our aim is to provide a personalised approach to each client and the highest level of client satisfaction throughout the project.
Наш офис в Москве наработал значительный местный опыт, который позволяет нам эффективно выполнять проекты с различными типами зданий в России в соответствии с международными стандартами. В нашей компании работает 22 сотрудника: 18 архитекторов, 2 дизайнера интерьеров, 2 администратора. Состав нашего офиса – интернациональный; 11 русских, 3 ирландских и 8 сербских архитекторов. В основном мы используем AutoCAD и Revit (BIM), графические программы, такие как 3D Studio, SketchUp и Photoshop.
